Site 1 - Blueberry Run Trail RV Site - 20 amp power outlet, water hookup, gray water hookup, WiFi, screened in gazebo and fire pit. No toilet or showers at site 1. Site is best suited for - Small Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, Camper Vans, Truck Campers, and Pop-Up Tent Trailers. Sorry, no ground tents permitted at site 1 only site 2 allows tenting. **You must have your own washroom/shower facility.**
Site 2 - Evergreen Forest Site - 20 amp power outlet, Potable water hookup, Outdoor Hot Shower, WiFi, kitchen sink, small portable toilet, screened in pvt room, Fire pits and firewood for extra charge. Site 2 is best suited for Tents, Camper Vans, Truck Campers, and Pop-up Tents (truck-mounted). No Travel Trailers due to lack of turn around space at the site with the exception of small pop up tent trailers. We can assist with getting the trailer backed into the site with our tractor (Please make arrangements with us prior to arrival to ensure we are available when you arrive.)
Located on the Eastern Shore in the community of Grand Desert, our sites are perfectly situated near some of the region’s most popular beaches, surf spots, trails, and local amenities. Spend the day at Lawrencetown Beach, try surfing or paddleboarding, launch a kayak on Porters Lake, or take a scenic drive into Halifax or Dartmouth to stroll the waterfront and enjoy outstanding local food. Everything you need for a memorable stay is close at hand.

Both of our RV sites offer direct access to one of Nova Scotia’s most scenic and well‑maintained trail systems, stretching from Porters Lake all the way to Cole Harbour. With over 30 km of freshly groomed pathways, this network is perfect for walking, biking, jogging, nature photography, and year‑round outdoor exploration.

Two Distinct Trail Experiences
Causeway Road → Porters Lake This section is a shared multi‑use trail, welcoming walkers, cyclists, ATV riders, and UTVs. It’s ideal for guests who enjoy a bit of adventure, wider pathways, and the energy of a mixed‑use route.
Causeway Road → Cole Harbour From here, the trail becomes non‑motorized only, offering a quieter, more peaceful experience. Expect smooth groomed surfaces, forested stretches, and plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife. It’s perfect for families, casual walkers, and anyone seeking a relaxing nature escape.
